Okay, I've registered for the conference ... Do I also need to book a room at the venue? YES, and soon. We've generally oversold accomodations at our event for the past several years. Book by December 4th to be safe. Visit the hotel's website or call 800.767.7777 and be sure to drop our name for a preferred rate. (NOTE: DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND FOR ROI CONFERENCES ... THE VENUE TYPICALLY SELLS OUT OF ROOMS EARLY! BE SURE TO BOOK EARLY!) The Sanibel Harbour Resort is 19 miles from SW Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (RSW). View Larger Map What's the price? Here's the scoop. What's the deal with ESA's ROI Guarantee? Simply stated, if you apply the techiques delivered, and the conference doesn't return 10:1 on your registration fee within one year, ESA will refund your registration fee. What about meals & events? Be sure to grab lunch on your own Wednesday before you enter the room. Thursday's lunch is included in the conference fee. There will also be a Sunset Cruise departing from the Marina (on site at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour) on Wednesday evening, with a prompt departure @ 6:00pm. Thursday Evening, be our guest at the Annual ESA dinner at Traditions on the Beach on Sanibel Island (shuttles leave Marriott Sanibel Harbour at 6pm). Early birds can grab a continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday mornings (also included in fee). How do I get there? You can arrive South West Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (Airport code: RSW). When should I arrive / depart? The first session begins at 12:00pm on Wednesday January 18th. Be sure to pick up your badge and materials starting at 11:30am. Keep in mind that if your first night at the hotel is Wednesday, your room may not be available by the time the conference starts (there will be breaks). The conference will end by 12:30pm on Friday January 20th. What's the dress code? There really isn't one, but most attendees wear business casual. What's the weather like in Southwest Florida in January? Much better than (insert your DMA here). Highs around 72. Bring a sweater just in case, because they really like their AC down there. Nights are cool, lows in the mid to upper 50s. (Keep in mind our first conference was in Chicago ... in February.) What if my question hasn't been answered yet?
