Broadcast sales managers who send students to FastForward™ sales training should have the highest expectations of future performance. As evidence of the student's progress, managers will receive progress reports described below.

FF CLASS RANKING




PROGRESS REPORT

1. DAILY FF EMAIL (See sample)
Each manager who has a student in FastForward sales training will receive a daily email on the student's progress. This will include the prospects listed from the current day (with category and potential buy), and an attached report with the class ranking (see below).

2. DAILY FF CLASS RANKING REPORT (See sample)
The class ranking report will be sent daily (attached to Daily email) and will list the students in order of their performance.

3. STUDENT PROGRESS REPORT (See sample)
Every three weeks, an individual progress report will be sent to illustrate the relative strengths of the student. The progress report will compare the student to class averages, and to the student's own baselines and goals. This will shed light on further developmental needs.
