Why should we consider FastForward™ sales training?
Simply stated, FastForward is the best sales training your AEs can receive. FF is specifically designed to accelerate the performance of developmental salespeople. Students will leave the class with a category-specific developmental action plan to hit new biz goals, and will have a significant increase in their selling acumen, category confidence, and sales habits.

Who should attend?
ANY developmental salespeople. The prospecting and category intelligence of FF is so critical, that LSMs should consider enrolling too.

Additionally, ESA & Company has teamed with the Caliper Corporation to help stations send the RIGHT people to the right training. That's why each applicant is required to take a Caliper Profile as a pre-requisite to the course.

What's the process?
Great question ... here's the basic "roadmap" for FastForward:
Register online, by email, or by phone
Student takes the ESA Selling Profile (7 quick questions)
Student takes the Caliper Profile™ six weeks before training
Book your hotel room(s) (hotel room not included in FF tuition)
Day 1 of classroom training (e.g. in Atlanta)
Three weeks of monitored "habit rewiring"
Day 2 of classroom training (e.g. in Atlanta)
Another three weeks of monitored "habit fine-tuning"

Why is FF set-up like this?
A couple reasons ... first, the most reliable way to cement GOOD SELLING HABITS (or any habit) is to provide structured repetition over 3 weeks. In this light, FastForward will help AEs rewire their prospecting and selling habits to significantly increase their new business potential. FF also intensifies the classroom training into two tightly-packed days, providing students with the intelligence and confidence necessary while also limiting "time off the street" (and expenses) for the station.

Do we need to book room(s) at the training venue?
YES. Please book rooms at the hotel, and drop our name to receive our special negotiated block rate. The cost of the hotel is NOT included in your student tuition.

When should we arrive / depart?
The two classroom training days will run from 8:00 am until 2:30 pm. Be sure to arrive the evening before at the hotel.
